Please read these Personal Use Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://chatbotfor.ai website and the related services (the “Service”) operated by The Agents Lab S.L. (“Chatbotfor”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), a company established under the laws of the Principality of Andorra.

For the purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to you, as an individual user of the Service. “Services” means Chatbotfor’s online software-as-a-service platform and related services, including any associated application programming interfaces (“APIs”) and any related desktop applications to which you subscribe. The Services exclude any third-party services or platforms not operated by Chatbotfor (“Non-Chatbotfor Services”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as by Chatbotfor’s Privacy Policy, which together govern your access to and use of the Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity (“Organization”), or under a subscription plan provided to such an Organization, then your use of the Services, and any ownership of content created, stored, or transmitted through the Service, will be governed exclusively by the separate written agreement between Chatbotfor and the Organization (such as Chatbotfor’s Terms & Conditions or a Master Services Agreement, in the case of enterprise subscriptions). In such circumstances, these Terms apply only to your personal use of the Service outside of your role on behalf of the Organization.

If you are not at least 14 years of age, you are not permitted to use the Service.

1. Content

Definitions:

• “Chatbotfor Content” means any text, graphics, images, music, software, machine learning models, audio, video, works of authorship, or other materials posted, generated, provided, or otherwise made available to you through the Service by Chatbotfor or its licensors.
• “User Content” means any content that you, as an individual user, submit, upload, post, link to, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, excluding any content you submit on behalf of an Organization that may be governed by a separate agreement (“Organization Content”).

User Content, Organization Content, and Chatbotfor Content are collectively referred to as “Content.”

Ownership of Content:

• You retain all rights and ownership in your own User Content. Chatbotfor does not claim ownership of your User Content. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights to use and exploit your User Content.
• Subject to the above, Chatbotfor and its licensors exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and all Chatbotfor Content, including all related intellectual property rights. The Service and Chatbotfor Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You agree not to remove or alter any proprietary notices.

Rights Granted by You to Chatbotfor:

By making any User Content available through the Service, you grant Chatbotfor a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, host, cache, store, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, distribute, and modify (for formatting purposes only) your User Content solely for operating and providing the Service to you and, if you designate your Content as public, to other permitted users.

If you provide Organization Content to the Service, the ownership of such Organization Content is determined by the agreement between you and the Organization. In the absence of such an agreement, the Organization may own rights to the Organization Content.

Your Responsibility for User Content:

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit it. By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that your User Content and its use by Chatbotfor as permitted by these Terms will not infringe or violate any third party’s rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
